Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate will have experience in a medical or dental office setting and possess strong clerical and administrative skills.

Duties:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries
- Maintain patient records and update information as necessary
- Collect and process payments, verify insurance coverage, and provide billing support
- Coordinate with medical professionals to ensure efficient patient flow
- Transcribe medical/dental notes accurately and efficiently
- Manage office supplies, maintain cleanliness of reception area, and perform general administrative tasks

-Show care, empathy, and professionalism at all times.

Skills:
- Previous experience in a medical or dental office setting is highly preferred
- Proficient in using computerized systems and software, including Google Suite
- Strong computer literacy skills, including data entry and file management
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in transcribing medical/dental notes
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
