A leading nonprofit organization located in Warminster, PA is seeking a Director of Revenue Cycle Management for a full-time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in revenue cycle management, with specific experience in Long-Term Care receivables management and the continuing care retirement community (CCRC) sector.

Director of Revenue Cycle Management Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for revenue cycle management to optimize financial performance.
• Oversee billing, collections, and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Analyze financial data and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and cost savings.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline revenue cycle processes and improve overall financial performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Manage a team of eight direct reports, providing leadership, guidance, and support.

Director of Revenue Cycle Management Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field required; Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in Long-Term Care receivables management within a multi-site continuing care retirement community (CCRC) system.
• Experience managing teams and supervising staff.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $130,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
