Anchor’s Way Marina is looking for a dependable person with an excellent work ethic. This person will have an eagerness to engage in a fast-paced environment and assist the service team in doing whatever it takes to get the job done and will play a critical role in the success of the team. Someone that can take charge, complete tasks in a timely fashion, and give AND follow direction to the best of their ability. Someone that is organized, with some mechanical knowledge. As well as basic computer knowledge and understanding of cloud-based systems and that uses resources; is innovative, detail oriented and efficient. The right candidate should be comfortable around water and have the ability to swim if necessary and be able to board a vessel on/off with ease.

This job may include cleaning and preparing for a job, using a variety of tools and machines such as blowtorches, forklifts, levels, lifts, power drills, grinders, saws, pressure washers, paint materials and water spraying equipment. The ability to understand and communicate information is essential to operations.

This is a SEASONAL position, with potential of year-round employment for the right candidate.

- PAINTING

- STOCKING

- REMOVING DEBRIS

- GENERAL LABOR DUTIES

- HAULING, LAUNCHING, SETTING, POWER WASHING AND BLOCKING BOATS

- BOTTOM PAINTING

- WAXING & BUFFING

- OPERATING YARD MACHINERY

- MANNING THE FUEL DOCK

- CLEANING OF VESSELS/ RESTROOMS

- ASSISTING MANAGERS/ CREW AS NEEDED.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 40 per week
