The Right of Way Agent contributes to moderately complex aspects of a project. Work is generally independent and collaborative in nature. JOB DESCRIPTION
Rent Right Management is excited to be seeking a Leasing Agentt who can work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude. This critical role in our company deals with all aspects of the company including Owners and Residents; a successful candidate must be a detailed, hardworking multi-tasker and always remember that Rent Right is a service organization and remain pleasant, prompt and helpful at all times.
Our Leasing Agent will have great communication skills; be able to discuss availability of properties with prospects; respond to inquiries in Appfolio/Zillow; receive and confirm rental application data including verifying applicants’ financial status, talking with their references, verifying criminal history and employment, verifying rental history; Discuss leasing terms and conditions; Deescalate varying situations regarding applicants and residents; Create and Send out approval letters/Collect deposits/Complete Hold agreements; Schedule/Conduct property showings; ensure property notes are up to date; when needed notify Residents of rental violations (i.e. noise complaint, parking on landscaping, unauthorized pet/occupant); remain current on Arizona property management laws; foster and maintain a positive relationship with Owners and Residents alike.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Currently possess or be willing to obtain an Arizona Real Estate Sales License
· High knowledge base/Understanding of our services
· High level of people skills and communication skills
· High energy, good judgment and decision-making skills
· Applicants must have and maintain an excellent driving record with no major infractions of unsafe conduct
· Pass a background check which shows a clean and clear record
· Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
