The Way You Say LLC is GROWING! We just opened our new location in Tenafly with 5 offices in our suite. We are looking to hire several therapists for these positions. Therapists have flexibility to make their OWN SCHEDULE with the only requirement being a commitment of at least 2.5 hours of direct treatment time if interested in "after school hours" of 3 pm or later. Otherwise, any availability is welcomed. Flexible scheduling for Saturday and Sunday as well. Work as little or as much as you'd like. All positions are paid on Form 1099.

Responsibilities:

• Develop therapy and treatment plans for speech and related disorders
• Utilize standardized tests along with appropriate write up for evaluations
• Establish treatment goals
• Document daily notes, treatment plans, and progress reports
• Update patient progress to relevant parties
• Collaborate with director and colleagues when applicable regarding caseload

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in pediatric speech pathology
• Familiarity with communication disorders
• Ability to build rapport with clients and families
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $85.00 per hour
