This is an exciting time as we are growing as a community and have re-opened our full-service Lodge restaurant. We are currently seeking highly energetic; self motivated Food & Beverage Servers to provide a terrific dining experience to our members. High-volume restaurant experience is preferred; however, we are willing to train the right people. Come work at one of Fairfield County's oldest Microbreweries! Some of our expectations are as follows:

• Provide friendly, timely and quality service to each customer.
• If your job requires it, and you are over 21 years of age, serve legal alcoholic beverages, within the constraints of all federal, state and local liquor laws.
• Dress neatly and appropriately and arrive for work on time. If uniforms have been issued, you must wear the uniform.
• Clean your work area as directed and written; maintain a clean, healthy working environment as expected by the County Health Department.
