Role description:
Arcadis is seeking a Right of Way Oversight Manager in Selma, CA to oversee and manage all aspects of right-of-way activities related to the CA high-speed rail heavy civil project. This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and managing the acquisition and disposition of properties for the project.
In this role you will be responsible for controlling and improving the CAHSR ROW, and property access including interaction with the owner, the contractor, and other third-party entities. Additionally, the ROW Specialist collaborates with internal staff to research ROW issues, identify work tasks, and push project deliverables necessary to bring parcels forward for construction. This position will actively maintain records and databases of activities on and along the rail corridor.
