Being a Right of Way Manager oversees all land related legal issues, including transfers of titles and deeds, construction, mortgage concerns, and zoning. Makes resolutions and other legal forms related to land acquisitions. Additionally, Right of Way Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Right of Way Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Description: The event manager is the most integral piece of event-site production. Many steps have been taken before the day of the event to produce a successful event, but when the day of the event arrives, it is the event manager that ensures that all goes off without a hitch. The event manager wears many hats and will be tasked with managing people, timelines, third-party vendors, event and station setup, and more.
The event manager's primary focus should be the successful production of the event and the satisfaction of the client.
Company Expectations: Southern Way Catering expects this individual to successfully execute all duties and responsibilities asked of him/her. This person should have the ability to effectively interface with associates as well as help manage and direct event staff.
