Right of Way Manager oversees the organization's operations and activities regarding the need for additional land or office space. Researches, negotiates and elects to purchase short- and long-term lease of land agreements and right of way for construction that meet the organization's goals. Being a Right of Way Manager oversees all land related legal issues, including transfers of titles and deeds, construction, mortgage concerns, and zoning. Makes resolutions and other legal forms related to land acquisitions. Additionally, Right of Way Manager may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Right of Way Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED.
1 year Medicaid experience required.
Ideally, the Territory Manager must have 1-2 years of customer service experience, case management experience or a nursing background (CNA, medical assistant.)
Strong customer service skills: ability to listen and understand needs and communicate effectively with all parties utilizing face to face, telephonic and/or electronic outreach.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to achieve goals set by your supervisor.
Knowledge and possession of Notary commission. We will pay for you to receive your notary license.
The ability to manage multiple cases at once, requiring excellent organization and time-management skills.
Discretion in handling confidential and sensitive materials is imperative.
Ability to analyze and interpret company policies and procedures, define problems, identify alternatives, and implement solutions.
The accurate and timely preparation of reports as required by your supervisor.
Daily, consistent, and positive interaction with clients, facilities, and team members.
