Position Overview: As the Event Staffing Manager at Gameday Your Way, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of our events. You will be responsible for interviewing, training, and managing a team of event staff. Your ability to lead and inspire a diverse team, coupled with your strong organizational skills, will be crucial in delivering exceptional service to our clients. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Staffing Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive staffing strategy to meet the specific needs of each event, ensuring an appropriate balance of skills and experience. 
  

• Onboarding: Interview and select event staff members, ensuring they align with the company's values and customer service standards. Oversee onboarding, including training and orientation. 
  

• Scheduling and Deployment: Create and manage event schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and proper allocation of resources based on event requirements. 
  

• Team Management: Provide leadership, direction, and support to the event staff team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment. Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations. 
  

• Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of event staff, focusing on customer service, event protocols, and safety procedures. 
  

• Vendor and Partner Management: Collaborate with vendors and external partners to secure necessary resources and ensure their adherence to event requirements and standards. 
  

• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to staffing and events. 
  

Qualifications: 

• 2 years experience in Event Management. 
  
• Proven experience in event staffing or management, with a track record of successful event execution. 
  
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse workforce. 
  
• ​Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail. 
  
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. 
  
• Proficiency in event management software and Microsoft Office Suite. 
  
• Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to events and staffing.
