We are a full service independent insurance agency seeking a customer service professional to support our Insurance Producers with the sales and service of Personal Lines Accounts. This position requires you to be fully knowledgeable of the various aspects, coverage, and needs of each account. You will need to become familiar with all carrier rating programs and underwriting guidelines. You will need to assist Producers with the marketing and placement of both new and renewal business. Prompt and efficient customer service is vital in this role. Hybrid office/remote work available.
