Risk Analyst evaluates the vulnerability of an organization's assets to determine the potential risk factors. Performs statistical analysis to quantify risk and forecast probable outcomes. Being a Risk Analyst prepares reports and presents findings to assist management with decision-making while offering solutions to minimize or eliminate risks. Monitors internal and external risk factors including economic, market, and regulatory risks to continuously maintain maximum protection of an organization's assets. Additionally, Risk Analyst supports managers in risk management or risk model construction. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor. The Risk Analyst work is closely managed.     Responsibilities

    • Leads the continuous evolution of an e-Discovery program, including development of policies, procedures, workflows, and the selection of eDiscovery review software, platforms, and services.
    • Collaborates with internal stakeholders regarding the development of eDiscovery supporting functionality and capabilities.
    • Leads and executes various workflows in Microsoft Purview and other tools, including legal holds, preservation, data collection, processing, data culling, and review.
    • Stays current on general EDRM trends and enhancements to Microsoft 365 software and digest content from a strategic viewpoint.
    • Continues to stay actively involved in outside education advancements.

    Qualifications

    Education Requirement: BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience, required.Certifications: CISSP or equivalent, preferred.Skills:

    • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Purview eDiscovery.
    • Ability to use eDiscovery program development insight, preferably from an in-house perspective.
    • Knowledge and ability to recommend eDiscovery best practices.
    • Experience with litigation and compliance issues and processes.
    • Demonstrates dependability, including the ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
    • Possesses a collaborative outlook and approach to working across diverse business functions.
    • Exhibits judgment, personal integrity, creative problem solving, and interpersonal skills.

    Experience:

    • 2 years of eDiscovery experience, required.
    • Experience in healthcare, preferred.
    • Experience with litigation discovery and eDiscovery including data preservation, collection, scoping and review of data from a broad array of repositories and systems, including proprietary systems, preferred.
