Job Summary:
The Corporate Acquisition Accountant must be well versed in GAAP and familiar with purchase accounting and revenue recognition in accordance with ASC606. The Corporate Acquisition Accountant’s primary responsibilities will include purchase accounting for our acquisitions, preparation, and calculation of earnouts, assisting with audit coordination, assisting with quarterly and annual financial statement preparation, assisting with ASC 606 analyses, and assisting in general corporate accounting matters.
