The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for providing professional and administrative support by analyzing and organizing disputes and inquiries from various sources such as mail, e-mail and voicemail. This is a remote opportunity but the candidate must be based in Burlingame, CA.

Job Description

• Provide professional and administrative support by analyzing and organizing disputes and inquiries from various sources such as mail, e-mail and voicemail. 
• Review and identify all data received and log all information in a timely manner.
• Research legal data and review court records.
• Create and submit internal reports and external reports to clients.
• Collaborate with other departments, managers and colleagues to implement and support initiatives.

Qualifications

• Adept at maintaining and prioritizing a high workload efficiently to effectively manage daily tasks.
• Strong analytical and logical mindset. 
• Able to organize, interpret, communicate and administer.
• Able to handle correspondence from multiple sources.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Organization skills, attention to details and ability to multi-task
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• MS Office Experience (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Additional Information

Annual Salary: $66,560
