What You’ll Do: As our Reinsurance and Risk Management Analyst Senior Reinsurance Support Analyst, you will develop and maintain relationships with brokers and reinsurers, frequently serving as contact person for reinsurance matters. You will facilitate reviews of contractual items and the renewal process by reinsurance team, adhering to record retention standards. For ERM, you will complete quarterly ERM reports (risk dashboards, evaluation report and Board Report) based on risk coordinator response and participate in ERM Committee meetings, while maintaining the ERM system. Lastly, for corporate insurance, you will develop and maintain relationship with corporate insurance brokers, serving as contact person for most issues. You would coordinate the renewal application process and maintain corporate policies for Farm Bureau exposures.
