Risk Management Analyst jobs in Greenville, MS

Hueman is hiring a part-time Collaborative Physician to review Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) completed by Nurse Practitioners. This position requires minimal time commitment with a flexible work schedule and is a great opportunity for additional income! This role ensures Nurse Practitioners have a collaborative physician with whom they can seek consultation and engage in a professional dialogue about patient care. Requirements for physician collaboration are as follows:

Position Essential Functions

• Serve as a Collaborative Physician in accordance with applicable law and terms and conditions of the NP Collaborative Practice Protocol Agreement, fulfilling any state-specific requirement as a collaborator.
• Collaborative Physicians will conduct quality reviews of the NP's patient charts.
• Collaborative Physicians will be compensated per NP/month as independent contractors/consultants utilizing the IRS form 1099 reporting system. The physician will be solely responsible for any income taxes owed.

Position Qualifications:​​​​​

• Must have an active practice in the state of Mississippi
• Maintain 20 hours per week/80 hours per month in primary role (physically in Mississippi)
• 3-years experience post-residency in Family Practice, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
• Board-certification preferred
• Must reside within 75 miles of Indianola, MS

Qualified Collaborative Physicians seeking this position will have the unique opportunity to interact with our Nurse Practitioners from an educational standpoint and support the completion of HRAs for Medicare members.
