- Support our Account Managers and assist in servicing our existing clients.
- Assist with marketing submissions, giving shipment-specific insurance quotations, and preparing proposals.
- Answer policy questions, update account changes, assist with premium collections, fielding phone calls, and more.
- Basic working knowledge of Applied EPIC would be ideal along with excellent Word and Excel skills.
This role will expose you to our clients, the importing/exporting industry and the various international programs we manage. We prefer candidates to have an active CA Property & Casualty license or be willing to obtain one within their first six months (at Avalon’s expense). Successful candidates will need to complete a background check and pre-employment drug screening.
