Description

Directly manage all facets of Risk Management for BBL Hospitality’s portfolio of hotels & restaurants.

• Analyze and propose recommendations for insurance coverage by property
• Manage all claims working with carriers and property leaders to ensure proper documentation and timely responses
• Conduct regular property audits to identify potential exposure
• Implement policies and procedures to limit accidents and incidents at all BBLH properties
• Conduct on going training for property level leaders to ensure compliance and best practices in all aspects of safety, security & IT security.
• Provide monthly & quarterly claims reporting to ownership

• Experience in the insurance industry required
• Ability to travel and work in a field based environment
• Strong training and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as a team
