A dynamic independent insurance and risk management firm is seeking an individual to join our team. The position is for the New York City office of FHS Risk Management. We seek experienced Assistant Account Manager or Risk Management Consultant type with commercial insurance background. Responsibilities include assisting Senior Consultants with daily account management of a commercial lines book of business which includes but is not limited to: manage Certificate requests, procure loss runs, analyze quotes and binders, facilitate the preparation of schedules of insurance, prepare premium allocations, follow-up on requests to clients and brokers, create and maintain open items list, assist with marketing renewals, update client exposures and perform additional projects, as needed.
Also willing to consider recent college graduates with related course experience, a desire to learn and work in commercial insurance, and intent to secure Property & Casualty Insurance License within 12 months.
