Prepares reports needed to comply with clinical, environmental, and privacy compliance regulations. Being a Risk Management Analyst identifies loss trends by analyzing incident reports, claim and insurance data. Utilizes advanced data analysis tools and techniques. Additionally, Risk Management Analyst requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. Inland Valley Hospital
A 122 bed acute care hospital which features the regions only Level II Trauma Unit and is the county-designated Paramedical Base station and Southwest Riverside County’s only Center of Excellence in Weight Loss Surgery.
Rancho Springs Hospital
A 120 bed acute care hospital which includes the region’s largest birthing center along with the area’s only NICU in combination with Rady Children’s Hospital and the region’s first da Vinci Robotic Surgical Program.

MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE
Ø Minimum five (5) years’ experience in an acute hospital.
Ø Minimum three (3) years’ experience in healthcare risk/quality/medical staff fields or related experience
Ø Must have knowledge of current principles of risk management, patient safety and service excellence.
Ø Must have the ability to perform duties independently and accurately, including compiling and maintaining complex data and producing timely reports and updates.
Ø Must have the ability to handle multiple complex tasks with a high level of flexibility and with exceptional time management skills, and the ability to represent the department with professional appearance and demeanor.
Ø Recent experience with audits, chart reviews, clinical management, risk management investigations, and report writing is strongly preferred.
MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EDUCATION
Ø Bachelor degree in Nursing or related field
REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS
Ø Registered Nurse License preferred
Ø Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management preferred
