    Work Style: Virtual - Work from home.

    This position has business development, product development and client service responsibilities throughout the United States. It is the responsibility of the RMIS Consultant to deliver tactical, client specific, system support services on assigned accounts in support of Aon’s core brokerage services.

    Job Responsibilities:
    Support clients purchasing and implementation of a RMIS with tactical and strategic guidance on the configuration and maintenance of the platform and associated data services, ensuring the highest level of service from our mutual Business Partners.
    Serve as a liaison for day-to-day support from Business Partners with basic system administration.
    Improve client outcomes by driving return on investment on technology spend.
    Introduce appropriate Aon and Business Partner resources, while providing project management to ensure commitments met and results achieved.
    Actively supporting business development to Aon offices and internal staff by rapidly gaining an understanding of client needs for RMIS service offerings and successfully articulating and selling strategies and Aon resources to control exposures and costs.
    Developing innovative solutions in a dynamic and changing RMIS environment of emerging risks, including leveraging technology for maximum client impact.
    Interact with other Aon Consulting team members, Business Development teams, Leadership, Account Executives, Producers, Brokers, other Aon business units, Markets, and Vendors
    Support the Aon team with identifying, developing, and implementing growth and operational strategies aligned with the broader structure of Aon’s Global Risk Consultant Practice:

    Special Skills Required

    In additional to knowledge and technical background in RMIS:
    Project management experience (budget responsibilities, quality, timeliness, specific metrics, etc.) with understanding and application of consulting.
    Demonstrated success in articulating project scope, value proposition and return on investment, and securing fee for service engagements.
    Ability to work collaboratively in teams and independently on tasks.
    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.
    Eagerness to learn innovative technologies and frameworks.
    Proficiency in computer applications and data management tools (Share Point, Microsoft applications).
    Demonstration of writing and presentation skills.
    Ability to travel approximately 35%-40% by car, air, or train.

    Education Required:
    Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience (0-2 years of relevant experience in Information Systems)
    Additional Education and Special Skills a plus and may include:
    Basic scripting proficiency (Python, Java, VBA, etc.)
    Understanding of Relational Database design and theory, and basics of query languages (SQL, SOQL, etc.)
    Salesforce experience; certifications like Salesforce Certified Administrator or Platform App Builder

    The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $110,000 to $150,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

    This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
