Risk Management Director - Healthcare develops and administers risk management programs. Creates and modifies policies to comply with safety legislation, JCAHO, HIPAA, and industry practices. Being a Risk Management Director - Healthcare coordinates and develops hospital-wide programs for quality patient care and risk-free services. Acts as the liaison to attorneys, insurance companies, and individuals. Additionally, Risk Management Director - Healthcare investigates any incidences that may result in an asset loss. Oversees insurance designed to protect the health system from loss. Collects information related to the claims and lawsuits made against the health system. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Risk Management Director - Healthcare typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Description

    Risk Analyst will be responsible for identifying and mitigating risks pertaining to Treasury Management products and services. Responsible for working with the Compliance and BSA area and Internal Audit in all Compliance and audit related activities, which includes but is not limited to obtaining reports and documentation requested by auditors/examiners and attending meetings with or on behalf of the Director regarding audits, examinations, and all compliance and Risk related issues.

    Responsible for the annual and periodic reviews for Cash Management and Remote Deposit Capture limits to ensure that the reviews are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Interact with Credit Administration and the BSA Office as needed.

    Serve as a support representative for Treasury Management employees and customers, providing efficient service and support and ensuring confidentiality of customer and Bank information.

    Qualifications


    Required Education/Knowledge:

    • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent in banking experience
    • Must have a broad knowledge of the banking industry
    • Broad knowledge of applicable banking policies and regulations
    • Minimum 2 years experience within compliance, risk management or related field.
    • In-depth knowledge of Treasury Management products and services
    • A detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk management principles
    • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office

    Preferred Education/Knowledge

    • 3 or more years Treasury or Banking experience preferred.
    • CTP/AAP certification preferred

    Required Skills:

    • Must be detail-oriented and self-motivated
    • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
    • Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritize with minimal supervision
    • Must be a team player, working with multiple department members
    • Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to meet deadlines.
    • Maintains a positive role in the community
