Risk Management Director - Healthcare develops and administers risk management programs. Creates and modifies policies to comply with safety legislation, JCAHO, HIPAA, and industry practices. Being a Risk Management Director - Healthcare coordinates and develops hospital-wide programs for quality patient care and risk-free services. Acts as the liaison to attorneys, insurance companies, and individuals. Additionally, Risk Management Director - Healthcare investigates any incidences that may result in an asset loss. Oversees insurance designed to protect the health system from loss. Collects information related to the claims and lawsuits made against the health system. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Risk Management Director - Healthcare typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments.     Deine Capco-Aufgaben

    • Du begleitest herausfordernde Beratungsprojekte hinsichtlich Identifizierung, Messung und Steuerung von Non-Financial Risk Management
    • Dabei entwickelst Du Konzepte zur Optimierung der Governance, Methoden und Prozesse bei unseren Kunden und begleitest deren Umsetzung
    • Schrittweise übernimmst Du mehr Verantwortung für Deine Themen sowie die Führung von (Teil-) Projekten und kleineren Projektteams im Themenkreis NFR
    • Neben der Projektarbeit hast Du die Möglichkeit, Dich in internen Themen (z.B. konzeptionelle Erarbeitung neuer Beratungsprodukte) mit einzubringen, diese weiter zu entwickeln und Deine eigene Ideen umzusetzen

    Dein Capco-Profil

    • Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium sowie mehrjährige Berufsrfahrung in Bezug auf Non-Financial Risk Management zeichnen Dich aus
    • Du begeisterst Dich für Themen rund um die Finanzdienstleistungsbranche und die damit verbundenen Prozesse, Produkte und Abläufe und kannst hier bereits erste Erfolge verzeichnen
    • Du verfügst über praktische Erfahrung in möglichst mehreren der folgenden Themen:
      • NFR, 3 Lines of Defense
      • Regulatorische Anforderungen im Risk Bereich
      • Operationelles Risikomanagement
      • Compliance
    • Du bist ein Teamplayer mit sehr guten kommunikativen, analytischen und konzeptionellen Fähigkeiten
    • Deine fließenden Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse sowie eine uneingeschränkte Mobilität im (inter-)nationalen Raum runden Dein Profil ab
