A leading critical access hospital located in west Texas is now seeking an experienced Healthcare Human Resources Director to join their award-winning healthcare team.

This critical access location boasts 20 inpatient beds and offers a full spectrum of acute care services. This location currently offers a number of services including cardiovascular, emergency, imaging and laboratory, surgical, respiratory, and rehabilitation services.

The Human Resources Director will oversee all personnel policies, wage and salary administration, benefit management, recruitment, and employee relations for the hospital organization. The Human Resources Director will also oversee the department financial budgets, establish goals and standards, and develop procedures implemented systematically. 

What Makes You Awesome:

• Bachelor’s level degree with an emphasis in Human Resources or related field
• Prior working experience in rural clinical practice setting
• Proven knowledge of human resources management
