My Client is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist – Remote (Risk Need) to join their team
This new Implementation Specialist will leverage the company’s Suite of software applications to help our customers from coast to coast improve their daily supervision operations.
Our unique software drills right down to the individual level, allowing customers to assess both risk and needs while building fully integrated case plans for long-term management. We work along-side our customers to help drive improved processes and offer a data management solution that is both defensible and transparent – a must in any corrections system today. Because you’ll be needed on-site with our customers, you can expect to travel around 60-70%. In order to be considered, you’ll need 3-5 years of practitioner experience.

Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze customers’ business requirements and objectives to develop business processes that will meet their needs.
- Develop and deliver project deliverables such as process outlines, gap analysis and functional design documents throughout the project.
- Continuously study our product offerings and provide subject matter expertise in the setup and execution of the software Suite and corrections industry operations.
- Oversee project progress and follow the service scope of delivery needs, including time tracking and final invoicing.
- Facilitate software testing sessions
- Provide implementation and post-implementation support as needed.
- Oversee project timelines, assign resources and ensure deliverables are met.
- Provide feedback to our product management and marketing teams for improved customer communications and product enhancements.
- Travel to customer sites across the country to help improve their operations through the use of our products and services.
Required Skills/Experience:
- 5 years’ experience in the criminal justice industry
- Software implementation/oversight system administration experience
- 3 years as a trainer with understanding of training practices and adult learning principles
- Strong knowledge of MS Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio.
- Ability to travel 60-70%
Desirable Skills/Experience:
- Presentation skills
- 4-year college degree in criminal justice or related field
