This department is staffed by many Certified Operating Room Nurses and Certified Post Anesthesia Care Nurses. The RN Perioperative Director will oversee the entire Surgical Department including SDS, Pre-op, and PACU. This Nurse Director will be looked at to use their Surgery Department Management Experience to lead a growing, high-energy department.
The RN Perioperative Director will provide direction and facilitation of Department goals and objectives. They will Mentor staff members providing care throughout the Department to ensure a standard of care set by the Hospital.
