Job Title:
Accounts Receivable Clerk

Reports To:
Chief Financial Officer / Controller

Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with Director of Marketing/Sales, Sales Admin and Sales Staff
• Contacting customer representatives for payment commitments
• Cash receipt application and processing
• Process customer credit references and info upon written request
• Bank Deposit preparation
• Computer Data Entry and filing
• Process monthly statements and reports for management
• Customer account maintenance
• Must coordinate with CFO for decisions regarding customer account status
• Credit card processing

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of computers, word processing, spread sheet applications (Excel) and email
• Good organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Excellent written/verbal communication skills required
• Knowledge in office procedures and equipment
