As a Jewelry Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building relationships with customers, and driving sales in a fast-paced retail environment. Pay is based on experience but we guarantee at least $12 per hour to start. We also offer several bonus programs that allow you to significantly increase your earning potential daily! As a team member Your duties will include:

• Greeting customers and helping them to find the perfect piece of jewelry
• Demonstrating knowledge of the different types of jewelry, gemstones, and precious metals
• Providing information about the features and benefits of different products
• Conducting sales transactions and processing payments
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment
• Meeting or exceeding daily personal sales targets (We have a DAILY personal sales bonus program!)
• Meeting or exceeding daily store sales targets (We have a DAILY store sales bonus program!)
• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve team goals

Additional requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred
• At least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Knowledge of different types of jewelry and precious metals preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
