Rock Harbor Brewery is looking for an energetic and enthusiastic individuals to fulfill full or part-time positions of Beertender in our Tasting Room. This position requires excellent customer service and the ability to work as part of a team. In this position you will work as part of a team taking orders, serving beer and other drinks and doing some light cooking. This is not a seasonal position but applicants should know we will not open until June. Pay will be minimum wage, plus tips. Craft beer is our passion and although experience is preferred we are willing to train motivated individuals.

REQUIREMENTS/RESPONSIBILITIES
The position responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Love of Craft Beer!
• Educate customers about craft beer and Rock Harbor products
• Effectively use POS system
• Maintain cleanliness standards
• Ability to represent Rock Harbor at off-site events when needed
• Friendly and welcoming personality and a positive attitude
• Ability to multitask when environment is fast-paced and take initiative when environment is at a lull
• Light cooking
• Ability to work as a team
• Pour beer and other beverages
