Green Rock Strategies, LLC is recruiting for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team. In this role, you will be responsible for electronic file management, extracting files, organizing documents and preparing accompanying spreadsheets, creating reports, completing job documents, handling various administrative tasks, and many other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to, high school diploma; additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are a plus. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Candidates must have strong organizational skills, speak clearly and professionally, and be able to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Hourly Rate of $20 per hour 

Expected hours: 40 per week.
