Receptionist

Job Description:

Classic Rock Marble & Granite is seeking a Receptionist to join our team. This position will be responsible for answering and directing calls, taking messages, processing mail, and assisting with administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a friendly personality, excellent oral and written communication skills, and the ability to prioritize effectively.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Greeting visitors and distributing them to appropriate team members
• Taking messages and directing them to the appropriate team members
• Processing mail and receiving packages
• Performing receptionist duties such as filing, copying, scanning, and scanninging documents
• Ensuring reception area is cleaned and maintained daily
• Maintaining an organized filing system for daily activity reports
• Performing other office duties as assigned by management

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred. College degree preferred. College degree also preferred but not required.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Knowledge of Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) preferred but not required. Knowledge of Adobe Suite (InDesign) a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to communicate with a high level of professionalism to clients, co-workers, vendors, customers, and other employees. Ability to write clear concise reports and correspondence. Ability to organize information using standard practices and procedures. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.52 - $21.11 per hour
