Minimum Qualifications:

Master's degree in Educational Administration

SC certification in Administration

Knowledge of expectations for 21^st century learners

Skill in interpersonal relations with pupils, parents, teachers, staff and the general public

Skill in applying accepted administrative methods/techniques at the appropriate age level preferred

Experience at the appropriate age level preferred

Strong interest in the appropriate age level students and programs

Skill in supervision/coordination of instructional programs

Skill in evaluation and improvement of teaching effectiveness

Skill in problem analysis and resolution

Skill in budget development and implementation

Skill in oral and written communication

Successful experience in matters related to student discipline

Successful teaching experience

Five years of progressively responsible experience

Outstanding references

Satisfactory SLED (South Carolina Law Enforcement Division) Report

Salary Range:    Approved Administrative Salary Scale

 
Length of Contract:  12 months

Starting Date:   Immediately Upon Selection
