Busy small business is seeking assistant for director team. Part time to start with potential to grow to full time. This is NOT a seasonal/summer position. We are looking for a minimum 1 year commitment.

We need a problem-solver with an ability to collaborate with a small team, and be patient with busy professionals. We need someone able to create a plan and follow through, be flexible, high attention to detail and a love of organization, and have the ability to get to know us and anticipate our needs. Discretion, the ability to maintain confidentiality and trustworthiness are a must as you may be involved in both our business and personal happenings. The sky is the limit for the right candidate!

Duties may include assisting with:

Maintaining staff & client schedule via online software platforms

Daily Operations Planning

Renovation planning - we are expanding!

Running Errands - bank runs, supply shopping, etc.
Retail help- inventory, ordering, customer service
Dog transportation
Assist with organizational projects
Administrative tasks- filing, collaborating with our marketing team on social posts, etc.
Making phone calls, answering emails (we are email-heavy)
Light dog care & cleaning of office space
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Order office supplies
Attend work events as needed

You must have your own reliable vehicle and be able to lift, carry and do light physical labor.

Must love dogs! No seriously. You must LOVE not just like/tolerate them! You will be involved in handling and providing care for our office dogs, etc.

Sense of humor, a can do spirit and the ability to bring the sunshine and positive energy when you walk in the door are all a must for us.

You must be able to pass a background check and provide two current (or very recently past) professional references.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
