Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Manager to join our team. As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality. Duties: - Manage all aspects of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations - Ensure efficient and smooth workflow by coordinating and delegating tasks to staff members - Train and supervise employees to ensure they provide exceptional customer service - Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed - Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations - Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner - Implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability - Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and provide feedback - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to develop and update menu offerings - Utilize Aloha POS system for order processing, inventory management, and reporting Experience: - Previous experience in hospitality management or restaurant management is required - Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices - Proven ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks - Experience with shift management, including scheduling and labor cost control - Proficient in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees - Familiarity with kitchen management procedures is preferred - Passion for coffee is a plus If you are a motivated individual with a passion for delivering exceptional service in the food industry, we invite you to apply for this position.
