Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Roofer/Laborer to join our team. As a Roofer/Laborer, you will be responsible for assisting with various roofing projects, ensuring the completion of tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

Duties:
- Assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofs
- Prepare work areas by removing debris and setting up necessary equipment
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific dimensions
- Install rubber roofing, shingles, tiles, or other roofing materials according to specifications
- Apply caulking and sealant to ensure water-tightness
- Inspect roofs for damage or leaks and make necessary repairs
- Clean and maintain tools and equipment used in roofing projects
- Follow all safety guidelines and procedures on job sites

Experience:
- Previous experience in roofing or construction is not required

Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and ability to work at heights
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members
