Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Being a Roofer is familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Additionally, Roofer performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor/manager. Responsibilities:
- Tear off and installation of composition shingle roofs
- Tear off and installation of tile/clay roofs
- Familiarity with GAF comp shingle systems is a big plus but not required
- Be professional on the job site with customers
Requirements
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 Years Roofing Experience
- Must be in good health and physically condition
- Provide own transportation to get to various job sites on time
- Be able to precisely follow directions/instruction
- Speak and understand English
- Be legal to work in the US
- Provide own tools to install a variety of different roofing materials
- Experience in Composition Shingle Roofs, Torch Down Roofing, Tile Roofs, Single and 2-Ply Roof Systems, etc.
