A successful candidate will have experience in residential roofing, possess strong technical skills, and be committed to delivering high-quality workmanship. As a Residential Roofer, you will play a crucial role in protecting our customer's homes, and families.

• Perform roofing tear-offs, and replacements on residential properties using materials such as asphalt shingles.
• Collaborate with the roofing team to plan and execute projects effectively, considering factors like roofing materials, weather conditions, and safety protocols.
• Safely operate and maintain roofing equipment, tools, and machinery.
• Install and secure roofing materials according to manufacturer specifications and G&W best practices .
• Ensure proper ventilation and insulation on roofs to maintain energy efficiency and prevent moisture-related problems.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols at all times, minimizing risks for yourself, your team members, and the occupants of the properties being worked on.
• Communicate with clients and project managers to provide updates on project progress, address concerns, and offer expert recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on the job site and in company vehicles.
• Conduct yourself in a professional manner that reflects G&W in a positive manner.
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, tools, and equipment.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices within the roofing industry.
• Physical fitness and stamina to handle the demands of roofing work, including lifting heavy materials and working at heights.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and project managers.
• Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering quality craftsmanship.
• Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to job sites.
