Experienced Roofers: (1 years’ experience). Rate of Pay DOE $70k-100k per year.

Oregon Roof Guys, an established residential roofing company, is looking for experienced roofing professionals who are self-motivated with high attention to detail, and commitment to team work. Our employees receive Performance Pay that rewards and incentives these qualities.

Minimum Requirements

• Drug Test - NO Marijuana
• Minimum 1 year roofing experience
• Growth-oriented, humble, and teachable
• 18 years old or older.
• Valid Driver’s license
• Eligible to work in the US with verifiable documentation.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities:

• Work within teams to complete all aspects of jobs, including tear-off, installation, clean-up, and other jobs as assigned.
• Abide by all job-site safety requirements.
• Participate in training and safety meetings.
• Deliver excellent quality and customer service.
• Excellent attendance record
