What You’ll Need

• Roofing experience preferred but not required
• Eagerness to learn and grow
• Can-do attitude – roofing is hard work!

• Current driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in hot and cold weather, climb ladders, keep balance at heights, use power and hand tools comfortably, lift objects up to 75 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

What Success Looks Like

• Working on commercial (low-slope) roofs, under the direction of the onsite supervisor
• Properly applying and/or repairing of roofing materials as trained
• Arriving on time every day
• Abiding by all safety protocols
• Focusing on quality workmanship
• Keeping workspaces and vehicles clean
• Collaborating with other team members to divide large projects
• Developing the most efficient and effective processes
• Embracing accountability for mistakes and striving to improve

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 55 per week

• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Experience:

• Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)
• Construction: 2 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Lancaster, PA 17601: Relocate before starting work (Required)
