Repair/Service Technician Responsibilities: Provide technical repair and service work to our customers. Respond to emergency roof leaks on commercial buildings, inspect the roofing system (including gutters, spouts, drains and skylights) to make necessary repairs. Perform visual roof inspections for clients to ensure that there are no leaks or damages that may need addressed. Communicate with customers and manufacturers in a professional manner. Must have the ability to perform manual labor; lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, balance, kneel and crawl. Follow OSHA guidelines and maintain a safe working environment. Need to be reliable; counted on to arrive to work on time and work efficiently throughout the day.

Roofing Laborer Responsibilities: Assisting with the process of removing, installing, repairing and maintaining flat roofs. Duties include preparing the work area, loading and unloading materials, carrying out repairs and maintenance, disposing of waste materials, etc. Must have the ability to perform manual labor; lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, balance, kneel and crawl.
