1 Year Min Experience in Commercial Roofing in one of our variety types of roofing application types such as: Cold Applied BUR, Hot Applied BUR,EPDM, Thermo-Plastic Single Ply, Modified Bitumen, Structural and Architectural Sheet Metal, Shingle, Tile, Spray foam Urethane Roofing, Slate, Waterproofing Coating (Acrylic, Silicone and Urethane options), Solar Panel, Installation, Green Roofing

Skills/Qualifications needed:

• Must have at least 1-2 years of Commercial Roofing Experience
• Must have necessary tools based on position applying for
• Must have reliable transportation
• Successful applicants must undergo a WORK-STEPS physical as part of their on boarding.
• Available to work extended hours, varying shifts, nights and weekends if when necessary
• Valid State driver's license (in good standing) a plus but not necessary
