Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roofer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the roofing projects including installation and repairs.

Responsibilities:

- Install, repair and maintain roofs using a variety of roofing materials.

- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action for repairs.

- Perform on-site inspection and assessments to identify roofing issues and develop repair or replacement plan.

- Remove old roofing materials and install new roofing material.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently

- Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and materials used

- Communicate with clients to provide updates and address concerns.

Requirements:

- Previous roofing experience

-Knowledge of roofing material and installation techniques, as well as roofing tools and equipment.

- Valid CA Drivers License.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team

- Able to communicate with homeowners with roofing questions or concerns.
