Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team. As the Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities management and industrial maintenance. This is a leadership position that requires strong project management skills and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the maintenance staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure optimal performance of all equipment and facilities
- Coordinate and oversee all maintenance projects, including repairs, upgrades, and installations
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and address them in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations
- Manage budgets and resources effectively to maximize efficiency and minimize costs
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, equipment logs, and inventory

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of facilities management principles and practices
- Extensive experience in industrial maintenance, including high voltage systems, mechanical knowledge, HVAC systems, and low voltage systems
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a team effectively
