Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The Front of House Manager will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, managing the dining room staff, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. Duties: - Manage and supervise the front of house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders - Train new employees on restaurant policies, procedures, and customer service standards - Ensure that all guests are greeted and seated promptly and that their needs are met throughout their dining experience - Monitor dining room activity to ensure efficient seating and service - Handle guest complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication and coordination between the front and back of house - Oversee cash handling procedures, including managing cash registers and reconciling daily sales - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area, including tables, chairs, floors, and restrooms - Assist with banquet or private event planning and execution as needed Experience: - Previous experience in hospitality management or as an assistant manager in a food service establishment is required - Strong knowledge of front of house operations, including cash handling, POS systems, and banquet management - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally - Experience in interviewing, hiring, training, and scheduling staff members - Basic knowledge of kitchen management and culinary terminology is preferred We offer competitive pay based on experience.
