So what is it that a Team Member does?
As a team member at The Panic Room Niagara, YOU are there to help our customers succeed and have a great time! From a warm and enthusiastic welcome, keen observation and attentive clueing, to recommending them their next adventure, you make the difference for our customer's experience.
Your main duties and responsibilities include the setting up and resetting of the game experience and ensuring the room and common areas are always presented to high standard. You will greet and engage with customers, lead them to their experience, and observe them as they play their room, giving clues to help them advance. Once the customer has finished playing, you will escort them back, offering recommendations of what games they may like to play next based on their preferences and book them in if they're ready to do so. Once the final goodbyes have been said, you will reset and clean the room, perform small upkeep, then start all over again!

The above hours are subject to customer demand, Flexibility is important due to last minute bookings and changes on the day.
For those looking for more hours, we are able to offer some weekday daytime hours based on customer demand.
