    POSITION: Human Resources - Benefits Manager
    SALARY RANGE (E6): Salary $79,830.40 - $119,745.60 FLSA Status: Full-Time Exempt

    We are seeking a benefits Manager who will be responsible for our company's team members benefits programs, which
    include including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, 401(k) plan and leave policies,
    and insurance policies, such as health, life, and disability. The ideal candidate is proactive, forward-thinking, and service driven individual with a proven track record of developing, implementing, administering, and maintaining benefitsprograms, policies, and procedures.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: The Benefits Manager is responsible for assisting with the fulfillment of core benefitfunctions for the HR Department.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND OVERSIGHT
    Main point of contact for employees and upper management inquiries on general benefits inquiries
    Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the HRIS to provide 3rd party administrators with accurateeligibility information.
    Conduct quality checks of benefits-related data through auditing and reporting.
    Ensure legal compliance and timely reporting of 5500’s, audits, FMLA, ADA,
    Distributes all benefits enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
    Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, benefits enrollments, statuschanges and other general questions.
    Conduct level meetings with team members and track all leave-of-absence requests, disability paperwork,medical leaves, personal leaves, and FMLA leave.
    Effectively interprets FMLA and ADA implications as they relate to leaves of absences and disabilities.
    Meet with team members to determine the next steps after Fit for Duty process.
    Coordinate with department management to provide instructions on time frames and follow-ups.
    Facilitates and coordinates all open enrollment processes.
    Helps determine decisions regarding contractual renewals with carriers and brokers for Plan SummaryDocuments.
    Provides necessary reports for allocation/billing charges for all 3rd party administrators.
    Collect backpay from team members on any form of Leave of Absence
    Record Keep/Data Track checks/payments from leave of absences and submit to accounting and payroll.
    Facilitate and hold external meetings with 3rd party administrators regarding weekly/monthly updates,maintaining processes, and maintaining compliance and procedures.
    Prepare and maintain biweekly employee reports, new-hire, and FMLA reports.
    Responsible for completing benefits reporting requirements.
    Answering all calls and emails in a Timely Manner (within 24 hours in most cases)

    Benefits Resolution, Reconciliation, and Administration:
    o Resolving issues related to coverage and election.
    o Monthly Reconciliation of all benefits.
    o Knowledge of all Benefits that are currently offered is required.
    Benefit Enrollment & Customer Service for Employees / End Users:
    o Assisting Payroll with annual selection, coordination, and deployment of Two Kings Casino annualbenefit plans.
    o Handling issues related to questions and concerns employees may have regarding their enrollment inbenefit packages, hypotheticals, and options for coverage.
    o Assisting with qualifying event situations, terminations, COBRA, and related matters

    401(k) Enrollment, Administration, and Reconciliations:
    o Updating Employees in the 401K Software as well as Payroll Software.
    o Ensuring all necessary paperwork is on file as well as scanned for audit purposes.
    o Enrollment of all New Hires within the proper time frame.
    o Collaborating with Manager, Executive Team, and Administrator with Annual 401KChanges/enrollments.

    Worker’s Compensation Administration:
    o Attention to detail is a must as this is very time sensitive.
    o Maintaining HR records for Worker’s Compensation Leave Claims
    o Working with Safety and WC Medical business partners when injuries occur
    o Working with Safety and team members to ensure proper reporting when injuries occur.

    Ensuring proper file maintenance and record keeping:
    o 401K Files, Forms, Loan Releases and Distribution requests
    o Worker’s Compensation Files
    o Benefit Files, Change of Life Events, Life Insurance Assistance when needed.
    Other duties as assigned.

    MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
    Bachelor's degree in human resources, benefits administration, business, finance, or a related field required.
    Minimum of five (5) to six (6) years of experience in strategy and administration of benefits programs required.
    Minimum three (3) to five (5) years in a benefits leadership role, with experience and managing teams isrequired.
    Experience in hospitality and/or casino is a plus.
    Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (proficiency withExcel is a must).
    Experience with HRIS and benefits platforms.
    Must possess the ability to work in an electronic/paperless environment and understand how to navigate PDFSand related documents in a paperless environment.
    Advanced knowledge of federal, state, and local regulations relevant to health and welfare benefit plans as wellas 401(k) retirement plans.
    Certified Benefits Professional, SHRM-CP, or SHRM SCP preferred.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
    While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms; bendso as to open/use lower drawers or cabinetry; to talk, hear, and see. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk andworking on a computer. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel,crouch, or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
