Room Reservations Manager jobs in Evansville, IN

• Clean and service assigned rooms and/or areas according to established standards (5 Ways of Clean) and procedures to include making beds, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning and sanitizing bathrooms, removing trash, etc.
• Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards

• Replenish amenities according to operational standards

• Perform rotation cleaning duties as assigned by Executive Housekeeper

• Wear safety protection equipment as provided to keep in line with department regulations and any local legislative requirements

• Greet and acknowledge guests

• Notify supervisor when service is complete so that rooms may be sold or occupied

• Notify supervisor if guest room is unable to be serviced

• Document and report to supervisor if a guest room is in need of repair or damage has been done

• Keep housekeeping cart properly stacked with supplies such as cleaning agents and cloths

• Transport dirty laundry to the washing area in a timely manner

• Follow established safety procedures at all times. Immediately report any health and safety incident, security breaches, concerns or suspicious behavior to the supervisor

• Respond to guest complaints, special requests and take action to ensure guest satisfaction

• Monitor and control supplies and amenities and minimize waste within all areas of housekeeping

• Report, turn in and/or log all lost and found items according to established procedures

• Work as part of a team and communicate with other departments as per hotel procedures to ensure excellent quality and service

• May regularly assist with deep cleaning projects

• May assist with other duties as assigned

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.50 per hour
