Brief Description:

The position of Manager will be responsible for promoting and effectively managing client expectations, business flow and staff. Will report directly to General Manager and Owners.

Job Duties:

• Build a new client base and maintain the current clientele. Manager: Goal to make a new regular every day. Pass out business cards.
• Build relationships with guests
• Effectively communicate pertinent information to all staff for execution and ordering purposes.
• Manage training staff to be diligent at their selected job duties.
• Manage time and appointments for meeting with prospective new hires/ new hire documentation
• Manage that all staff cleaning has been consistent and to the restaurant’s standards
• Oversee and Staff training will be a reflection of management and the restaurant. Coaching suggestive selling.
• Staff product knowledge, training beef & seafood programs. Rotating wine, beer and liquors. Classes will consistently be available for staff to improve product knowledge.
• Oversee staff sales, attitude and professional appearance
• Ensure proper dress code is enforced as well as no cell phones being used on the sales floor.
• Properly cutting staff and monitor labor to meet company standards
• Assist when needed on placing orders through vendors.
• Manage voids & comps to a minimum
• Will make sure that if we need repairs the proper vendor or managers are contacted
• Will attended management meetings
• Will be asked to assist in other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $66,650.00 - $72,000.00 per year
