    Job Description

    I.             POSITION SUMMARY              

    Manage Inside Sales Department in addition to generating new business and managing accounts through outbound telephone sales.

                  

    II.           POSITION EXPECTATIONS              

    • Make 15-300 outgoing calls per day, in addition e-mails, to prospective and existing customers.
    • Must meet daily/monthly calls and sales quotas; maintain excellent professional sales skills.
    • Effectively manage your assigned territory & drive client growth, while effectively using CRM.
    • Utilize solid business judgment in determining amount of time spent with prospective customers.
    • Take initial orders, perform accurate order entry, verify, and track orders from initial placement through invoicing.
    • Must provide prompt follow-up to all customer inquiries.
    • Work alongside Inside Account Sales Representatives in retaining clients.
    • Provide requested feedback to management and client for reporting.
    • Communicate with Sr VP of Sales when requested or necessary to execute within an assigned account.
    • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential. 
    • Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with policies, procedures, and regulations.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    IV.          MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

                  

    Education, Certifications and /or Licenses:

    • High school diploma or equivalent combination of education, training and experience is required.

                  

    Experience:

    • Minimum of two years of inside sales experience, including strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills are required.

     

    Knowledge/Skills:

    • Appointment setting skills a plus.
    • Familiar with on-line ordering technology.
    • Strong verbal and written communications skills; professional and articulate telephone manner to enhance relationships with customers.
    • Must possess excellent organizational and problem solving skills.
    • Must be self-motivated and self-disciplined.
    • Ability to manage numerous tasks and prioritize as necessary.
    • Ability to meet company standards for attendance and punctuality.
    • Proficient PC skills using MS Office and other computer programs.
    • Excellent presentation, listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
    • Able work independently and/or collaboratively within a team – willing to roll up your sleeves and help the team get work done.
    • Manage and organize time to meet objectives and deadlines.
    • Lives and leads by TSR’s values and serves as an example of the best we want to see in our team.
