Who we’re looking for:

RESERVATIONS AGENT

Then this could be the job for you. As a Reservations Agent, you’ll be responding to reservation requests and providing prompt, courteous guest service with a smile.

What to expect:

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

1. Respond to guest reservation requests and execute prompt, courteous and accurate guest service.
2. Inform and educate guests by explaining processes, providing hotel and local information and responding to questions.
3. Achieve customer satisfaction and room revenue goals while taking guests through the booking process, obtain all pertinent information to complete reservations.
4. Assist in covering necessary shifts in order to maintain required call center hours.

Your experience and qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or Equivalent.
2. Prior customer service experience required.
3. Hotel Front Desk or Reservation experience preferred.
4. Bilingual is a plus.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
